Presenters

All accepted abstracts for a poster presentation will be presented on our interactive poster terminals.

We would like to remind all (presenting) authors of an accepted E-Poster, to submit your digital e-poster before June 13, 2018.
On the 4th of April you have received an email from support@morressier.com with instructions how to upload your poster online.
In case you did not receive this email, please send an email to: support@morressier.com. To make sure you receive the correct information, please mention the title of your abstract.

Click on the following link to access the templates, which already have the right dimensions.
After having created the poster, it only needs to be exported into a PDF.

Each poster must be submitted as:
• a single page PDF document
• with a size of 1080 pixel width and 1536 pixels height or 381 mm width and542 mm height
• in portrait orientation

All posters will be presented on interactive poster terminals, therefore it is not necessary to bring your poster printed to the congress. 

Speakers lecturing at the conference will be required to sign into the Speaker Service Center (SCC) no later than 2 hours before the start of their lecture. The SSC is equipped with terminals where speakers can upload their presentation into the presentation management system. The system will ensure that proper presentations are available in the right lecture room, at the right time.

The Speaker Slide Center opening hours will be as:

• Saturday June 30     08.00 – 18.00 hrs
• Sunday July 1            08.00 – 18.00 hrs
• Monday July 2           08.00 – 18.00 hrs
• Tuesday July 3          08.00 – 18.00 hrs
• Wednesday July 4    08.00 – 12.00 hrs

Please note the increase in activity during coffee and lunch breaks.
We advise using the Speaker Slide Center in the morning or during sessions.
