What is included in the registration fee?
Fees for all congress participants include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to the industrial exhibition
- 3 times lunches
- All coffee breaks
- Final Programme/abstracts
- Welcome Ceremony & Welcome Reception (please indicate attendance up on registration)
- Congress dinner (please indicate attendance up on registration)
* The registration fee for Young ISHAM members included the Young ISHAM evening.
Students are asked to provide a proof of status (student card) to the Congress Secretariat by email to isham2022@congresscare.com .
Registered participants will receive an entry ticket for the evening in the delegate package.
** Emerging Economy Rate is applied to participants from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at the website of the World Bank.
Letter of invitation
If you need a letter of invitation to support your visa application in order to attend the 21st Congress of the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology meeting, please fill out the PDF form below. By filling out the form, you accept sole responsibility for the information you provide. In case of clandestine immigration the secretariat cannot accept responsibility.

A refused visa application is no reason for a refund.

Registration is possible via this website. Payment can be done online by: creditard (American Express, Mastercard, Visa).

Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat via isham2022@congresscare.com. Cancellations made before 1 July 2022 will be refunded, less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case.

You can pick-up your name badge and congress bag at the Registration desk, before entering the congress.
